Our staff members are the driving force behind the success of our STEM program. Each team member is carefully selected for their expertise in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, as well as their ability to mentor and motivate students. With ongoing professional development, our educators continuously refine their skills to provide students with the tools they need to thrive in today’s ever-changing world. The result is a stellar STEM program that is both engaging and forward-thinking.

Arliea L. McBryde, Founder


Arliea has over 20 years of experience as an educator across a broad spectrum of education environments. She has successfully worked with children with learning disabilities, helping them to utilize STEM to increase their content retention. Arliea also has over 20 years of experience working  in the industrial and manufacturing sector as a welder. Her passion for STEM is contagious and her innovative approach to education makes her any child's ideal instructor.
